Finney’s MMA Head Coach Jesse Finney will be featured weekly on the new ESPN 101 Radio show The Hit Squad. The HIT Squad is a 2-hour radio program focusing on the national and local MMA scene. It will air Saturdays from 5-7:00pm and is set to begin on January 19th, directly before UFC on FX: Beltfort vs Bisping. Jesse’s roll will be MMA analyst and expert.
Jesse commented, “I’m very excited to have signed a long-term deal with 101 ESPN. I think the show will be a lot of fun, and MMA fans are definitely going to like listening in.”
Jesse, the owner & Head Coach of Finney’s MMA, is 2-time Strikeforce veteran and holds a kickboxing record of 23–0, a boxing record of 8–2, and a professional MMA record of 6–1. His only loss in MMA was to 12-time UFC veteran Josh Neer. He was also the Head Coach of the St. Louis Enforcers who were a part of Chuck Norris’ World Combat League.
ESPN 101 The Hit Squad will also feature Chad Range as a co-host. Chad has worked for CBS and the Versus network as a sports anchor and has also called play-by-play for several professional MMA organizations.
