Finney’s MMA was founded in 1997 and, as a company, has had over 15 years to build its MMA program, producing fighters who have competed for the UFC, Strikeforce, Bellator, Shamrock FC, Shark Fights, and many more professional MMA promotions.

Our adult MMA program starts with beginner classes 4 days a week taught by professional fighter and 9-time UFC veteran Luigi Fioravanti. These classes are the perfect way to learn the fundamental skills of MMA. The instruction combines wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques to build the required foundation of MMA skills in new students. It’s also a great way to have fun learning MMA and getting in great shape without competing. The unique MMA ranking program will let the student learn at their own pace as the move through our 4 level MMA program.

Once a student has shown he or she is ready, that student will join our Fighter Training classes. These classes are 5 days a week and taught by Finney’s MMA Head Coach Jesse Finney. Students with enough experience can bypass the beginner classes altogether as well.

2Kickboxing is an excellent way to build cardiovascular strength while having a blast. Our kickboxing classes are fast-paced, focused on conditioning and self-defense.

Our instructors are professional fighters who understand the technical details behind every punch and kick. Not only do our members get in amazing shape, they learn valuable self-defense, confidence building skills.

We have mens, all-womens, and co-ed classes. Beginners are given one-on-one, individualized attention to insure that they learn the fundamental techniques of striking at their own pace. We make you walk out of Finney’s MMA in better shape and more confident in your ability to defend yourself.

Our kickboxing instructors are full-time fighters who teach and train for a living. We don’t do this part time. Our instructors are here to make sure our members reach their goals, whether that be to compete, get in shape, or just have fun.
