This class is a total body workout lead by a certified persnal trainer. Guaranteed to make you sweat while toning and firming your entire body. Some days we’ll use weights. Somedays you’ll use you own body weight. We keep it fresh and fun with different formats that will have you coming back for more. For all fitness levels and goals.
TThis total body conditioning class uses high-intensity interval training also know as HIIT. That not only strengthens your muscles but also improves your muscle endurance. Circuits & Circuit times will vary from week to week. This keeps it fresh & fun and oh yea CHALLENGING! One of the best ways to burn fat & calories while meeting your fitness goals. A certified personal trainer will make sure you don’t lose good form throughtout your challenge & keep you motivated.
The name says it All…Dance youself fit while having a blast! Not just Latin but top 40, Hip Hop, Rock & maybe even country music may be played. Nothing is off limits after all it’s a party! This is exercise in disguise! So, join us and get lost in the music and watch the inches melt away! NO dance experience required.

Our Barre inspired class is a mix of elements such as Pilates, yoga and functional training put to fun music, Full body & fun workout! This class targets & tones your hips, thighs, and booty! All those areas that you would like to be flattened, tucked, and lifted and of course a solid strong core plus so much more. This easy to follow workout uses simple equipment and is for all levels of fitness and goals.
Roll It Out! Foam Rolling
Foam rolling is a simple solution with great benefits. Athletes and fitness enthusiasts can instantly improve their workouts. Foam rolling helps to stretch and loosens muscles which results in better range of motion & flexibility leading to a more effective workout which in turn reduces the chance of injury. Everyone can benefit from this class. No experience is necessary and foam rollers are provided.
This Class is Pilates based but not limited to it. Just as in Pilates this class focuses on developing strength through the core of the body (the back, abdomen, and hips). The concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility and coordination. Its emphasis is on all around, complete fitness which supports a variety of fitness goals. Our certified instructor will meet you where you are and take you to where you want to be. This is a mat-based class, so please bring your own.
TRX Suspension Training
Suspension Training uses yur own body weight to increase and or decrease the intensity effortlessly within your set. TRX is great for improving balance and your imbalances. If you haven’t tried a TRX Suspension class you are missing out on one of the best cross training tools on the market today. Regardless of your goals…Regardless if you’re a runner, MMA fighter or Yoga junkie this class is for you. Our TRX certified Personal Trainer will make sure all your fitness goals are met.
Our yoga instructors are 200 & 500 hours yoga certified. Our classes are based on traditional asanas (poses) that help to balance mind, body & spirit. We begin every class by getting centered and bringing awareness to the breath. We then flow into the physical poses (strength & flexibility) getting the heart rate up. Core work is done in every class and ends with savasana (final resting pose). All are welcomed to the open level class.
