Kickboxing is an excellent way to build cardiovascular strength while having a blast. Our kickboxing classes are fast-paced, focused on conditioning and self-defense. Our instructors are professional fighters who understand the technical details behind every punch and kick.
We have mens, womens, and co-ed classes. Our classes are geared toward beginner and experienced members. whether you’re looking to just get in amazing shape or to compete, you will get significant results out of our kickboxing program. No matter where you are in your fitness goals right now, kickboxing is a great way to start your martial arts studies!
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program is lead by Head Coach BJJ Coach Ezra Lenon. Ezra is a black belt in BJJ under Francisco France and has won dozens of tournaments across the United States. Ezra received his black belt in under 5 years, a testament to his work ethic and ability.
We have beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes. New members are given experienced training partners who focus on teaching instead of competing. Our BJJ program is a team and many of the members travel together to tournaments or train together outside of class.
BJJ is a great way to get in shape and have fun while learning one of the most valuable self-defense tools in the world.
Our wrestling instructors are multiple-time collegiate All-American wrestlers Ryan Sutton and David Mirikitani. Wrestling is very important to competition mixed martial arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and we focus heavily on creating a clean, professional environment where members can learn valuable wrestling techniques from world-class instructors.
Like kickboxing, boxing class is an amazing way to improve cardiovascular shape while having a lot of fun! Our members are from all walks of life: some have been boxing for years and some laced up their gloves for the first time when they attended their first class. Our classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels, as new members are given individual, 1 on 1 attention from our instructors. Each class has multiple coaches available to help members with their technique.
Mixed Martial Arts
Our MMA program starts with the beginner classes 4 days a week taught by professional fighter Ben Brown. These classes are the perfect way to learn the fundamental skills of MMA. The instruction combines wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques to build the required foundation of MMA skills in new students.
Advanced MMA students join our fighter training classes 4 days a week taught by Finney’s MMA Head Instructor Jesse Finney.
Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Kid’s Kickboxing
We focus on building attitude, discipline, and respect in our students, so they have an advantage not only when it comes to martial arts but everyday life. Mini-Finney’s is 5 days a week, 45 minutes per class, and is designed to teach children self-defense, self-confidence, responsibility, and the value of hard work in a safe atmosphere organized and run by professionals.
Kids witness the results of hard work first hand as they improve at the techniques they’ve learned through attentive listening and practice.
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program offers belt advancement based on technique and character. Our students often compete in grappling competitions and kickboxing exhibitions, where they learn the thrill of competition as their team and coaches cheer them on.
Fitness & Cardio. Center
Our facitliy is equipped with a state-of-the-art fitness and cardio. center that is open to all Finney’s MMA members. So no matter what class you decide to take, you can supplement your training with weight lifting and cardio. training.
Free Day Care
Finney’s MMA provides free day care for all members in our full-time staffed Kid’s Club. Kids are constantly monitored with a video feed that plays on monitors in our facility, so members can check on the little ones while they work out.
Free Group Fitness
